Zombies are slow moving beings, attracted to noise, light and the sight of a human. Zombies (along with Raiders) are your biggest threat in the game. All zombies have the same face model, however it has been confirmed that in a later update that no zombie will be alike, with differentiation to their hair and clothing.

If Bob Smith (The player's character in the tutorial) get bitten you will slowly die, then become a zombie, which you can't control.
